Operetta Foundation
Mike MIller in California is the padrone of Operetta and the most wonderful and knowledgable person when it comes to this genre. He has become a friend and mentor to COT. The Operetta Foundation has a new and wonderful web site where you can purchase CD's that they have produced. It also has one of the best "Related Links" page for finding operetta companies around the world

Ohio Light Opera Company
Ohio Light Opera Company had been doing wonderful operetta productions for over the past 25 years. Their season is throughout the summer and in a 3-day trip you can see as many as 5 productions. The young singers they use really have so much appeal and the visual can be quite stunning.

The Savoy Company
The oldest Gilbert & Sullivan Companies in the United States might only do one production a year, but it should not be missed. They do their productions in the
149-year-old Academy of Music in Philadelphia, along with Longwood Gardens in
Kennett Square, PA.

Light Opera Works
Out of Evanston, IL, they have also embraced the operetta. They vary their season
with other genres, but always have at least one great operetta for their audience.

Main Line Opera, Philadelphia
A wonderful group in the western suburbs of Philadelphia that uses only local singers for their concerts and productions. They are "operetta friendly", and have produced a wonderful concert version of a new translation of The Gypsy Baron with orchestra. Take a look at their web site and you will see many of the regular performers with COT.

West Chester Gilbert & Sullivan Society of Chester County, PA
A local company, just south of Philadelphia, who loves their G&S. Many of the performers who sing with COT also do roles for this group.

Vienna Volksoper
Going to Vienna, a must is seeing a production at the Volksoper. They run their season through out the year and tickets can be purchased on their web site 30 days before the day of the production. Not an easy site to navigate in English, but well worth taking the time to see just what amazing productions that they have to offer.

I could not have started COT without the help from Josef Weinberger / Glocken Verlag Publishers in London. Although they do not sell to the general public I have included their web sites for information. All sales go through Elkin Music.

Operetta Tours in Europe - Operetta Heaven
This group emailed me and asked if I would put a link on COT's site for them. The trips look to be great with locations in Vienna, Budapest and the the largest summer festivals for operetta in Austria - Morbish, Baden and Bad Ischl. They are located in the UK but easy to contact through email.
